Pain- A Poem

Try…
Experience…
At least once.
Love someone,
To know the pain.
Of existence…
Of longing…
Of loneliness…
Love hard,
To know you.
Your boundaries.
Judgement…
It is not yours.
You live with others.
To write stories.
To rewrite the ones…
Already said many times.
Mistakes create and forget,
To make more mistakes.
Love is poison…
Pain is pure…
You live to enjoy the pain.
Of love and loneliness.
Love an emotion…
Yet to conquer…
Thirst to love always linger.
Pain is like labor pains,
You forget once you find love.
Again to create more pains.
Passionate love quench thirst…
Thirst returns in time…
Wander again to find love.
The pure pain.
In everyone’s life….

Re- Birth – A Poem

Dear bird, will you come to me with love notes
Where is my love bird to sing my heart notes
Words I noted from my heart with heartbeat rhythm
Tears filled eyes ready to overflow
My songs and my life songs slave in pain
Will you fly in to me as thousand petals
Temptations flare in me alone with out restrictions
All dreams shatter in time with pain
Far away nice breeze move away with out touching me
Body pains with out experiencing calmness
Heart shivers with out any peace in sight
Tear petals slowly caressed my cheeks
Searched all over to find calmness in life
Hoping to feel a breast with milk
To feel again as a baby with no pain
To sleep one more time with out stress
To feel once more that loving touch of mother
Lullaby from neighbor house marked a scar on pain
Tear soaked pillows gave some coolness for burning heart
Fell asleep to see the bird in dreams filled with kisses
Danced to my tunes for me in dreams
Heaven, I felt for a while just to realize
Not my life
Just fantasy we see in social media
Realize people, social media paints only fake scenes
Life, a complex phenomenon
Open your eyes wide and see around you
To realize life is beautiful for you
Tears dry up once you see through
Live your life, not others.
Heart will melt and sooth you in time
Like a mother, nature will embrace you
Lullaby from neighbor house will enhance you
Love bird will fly in as thousand petals
Breeze will touch you again to re birth as human.
Silence around you will become mystical tunes
Start to live again…. Heaven.

Letters- A Fading Phenomena

Nostalgic Poems

Photo by Suzy Hazelwood on Pexels.com

Sun shined through windows
Tired eyes yet energetic body
Soon the letter will come from the one
I was waiting for two weeks to read
A few lines only… Yet an emotional roller-coaster
May be a distant relationship thing
These days, no one really knows the feeling
Of holding that letter every two weeks
Yet, the reply from four weeks ago
Knowing the reality the reply of the letter
I just send will be two weeks wait again
No phone calls
No text messages
No face to face calls
Just a few words filled with emotions
Written in their own handwriting
Some had smudges with tears
Some had smile all over them
Imagine the face when you read
Imagine the sound you hear through words
The feeling not so true to new generations
Patience not known to new generations
Two weeks to convey love is a taboo nowadays
Remember those were the sweet memories we cherish
Those were the true test of love
Ping.. A text got send
Next second no return text
End of the world for new generation
Time to stop, reflect yourself to realize
What is love?
Back in time read those letters
Will bring back the true bonds we created
Sitting in two corners of land
We scribbled with passion to fill our love
In to two little pages or a post card
Send away to wait for four weeks
Two weeks one way and to get reply
Love get stronger and stronger with longlines
Enjoy the dreams we create while letter in transit
Imagine the emotions when they read the words
The best time of our lives
Letters in transit…

True Friend

A Poem

Photo by Andrea Piacquadio on Pexels.com

Lean on me to leach my blood
Call me a friend when you need
When in need call me in a hurry
Back stab when opportunity arises
Again, Call me as a friend when you need
Work became difficult at times
You climbed ladders using my shoulders
Don’t forget your path once you saw light
Remember sun always set one day for you too!
I will be here as your friend as always
My shoulders will be there for you to lean
Forgiveness is the path I practice
You need to learn how to see clear
Never forget your story
If there is no story, there is no you
Remember the day you were no one
Remember the ones who made you someone
Remember the souls who allow you to achieve
Remember them to drop a few words
When they need you, they need your support
They have already made their stories
A small help will make them smile
Push them down with your harshness
Their heart will not handle it
They saw your growth, but you didn’t see their heart

Support my humble effort. Thank you.

the gone time!!

Why did you lose me?

Here in earth and heaven

Never will my love reduce for you

The long days or the never ending nights,

The dreams of being with you

Wanting to hear you out

Or rather having the time we used to.

From irritating to gossiping

From fighting to withstanding

Never would I lose your side

For then why did you lose me?

Went on a place I could never talk

Never knew whether you were good enough

Happy without us….

The smile through your eyes,

The care through your words

The shoulder for the tears

Or the back for my fears…

I was in love with your voice

Or the pattern of the noise,

From giggling to screaming

Never would I lose you

For then why did you lose me?

Photo by Cameron Yartz on Pexels.com

I miss you as a teddy misses the hugs

Or the stars without the moon

You were mere friend when you were here,

But your mere absence has made me numb.

For why does it happen?

Why did u just had to lose me?

Today as I know, late but realized

No amount of time I was with you

Did I ever re-read those memories

Cherish the moments with you;

Cauz weren’t we too busy

Running for the new and not stopping afar.

Every day gives a lesson

Your departure gave me a life lesson,

The short time was enough for us,

For you could just walk away,

Pondering me with a question

Why did you lose me?

All I could know now

So let us all focus on the present

Cauz today is always a gift

For the future always remains a mystery.

One never knows or could live…

Though I am in love with your voice

Or the pattern of your noise

The shoulder for my tears

the back for my fears…

Conspiracy theorists- Shame on you.

This month is weird in all shape and form. Everyone who was behind Covid now comes to term with new norm. We tend to stay away from each other. We are no longer in hugging relationships. There is a hesitation in human affection. Yes. Folks we have changed. My mind is blank these days. I sat down many times this week to pen. Nothing came to my mind. This is strange for me. Last two years I have written, I never had this mental blank stage. I always had topics to write. Is this because we are not experiencing the life like before?

My father told me once, A good writer is one who have many life experiences. They view life in a different angle than the ones who had less struggles to tackle. I did not understand until now.

I have seen many people putting out content just to speculate. Is covid real? Hey guys, people died because of this disease. Do you really need to know personally a few died in order to believe. I don’t understand why even argue. I heard radio hosts calling out to people to report back if they have known personally anyone who got Covid or died. Strange isn’t it. All these speculations when whole world is struggling. There are many people out there, who lost their livelihood because of this. Not a joke for us to make content on this one. This is not fair.

I heard one nurse called back to radio and she was furious. She went through hell to help people who had Covid. This is not easy once you get that disease. Yet, people and conspiracy theorist keep on making content on speculating. I am bit upset with these people. Yes, this has changed us a lot. We need to find ways to come out of it. Our economy has been tested to its limits. It will take many years to recover. Do not waste time on un necessary thoughts. Use your brain to help the society. These speculations are a waste and will not help society.

Man I saw first- A Poem.

I saw him upside down for the first time

Colorless and rough voice he carried

Carried me around showing some shapes

Disappears for a long time during the day

Evening he shows up again

Routine made me yearn for his rough voice

One day my world turned upside down.

I heard the same rough voice

I felt safe when I am in his hands

I didn’t know why he carried me around

I didn’t know where he disappeared during the day.

One day the word came out of me “dada”

He is the pure form of love

My father.

Only Shadow Stayed with me ! – A Poem

Photo by Johannes Plenio on Pexels.com

Forgot to smile with life

Eyes don’t have tears left

Mind kept throbbing inside

Trying to convey in vain

Death came closer as I feel

Only shadow stayed with me

Kept creeping in to my soul

Even dreams saying bid to me

Wandered alone up and down

In lonely streets of life, I know

Days turned to dark nights

Only shadow stayed with me

Feet felt cold when I start walking

Rain drops fall to write stories

The footprints imprint I saw

Get washed away in rain as I create

One life not enough to learn mysteries

Only shadow stayed with me

Mind burn in fire leaving pain

Looking up skies move farther

Who will give wings to reach high

Just like arrows pain strike the heart

Hoping to bloom like a flower again

Only shadow stayed with me

Flip my Skin- A Poem

Photo by Jose Antonio Gallego Vu00e1zquez on Pexels.com

Flip my skin if you can I plead

Tired of being in this world of difference

People look at me like a worm in the dirt

Don’t know why I get this look all day

Scream loud I cannot breathe

Yet deaf ears all around me

Flip my skin if you can I wonder

Suit your needs to please your eyes

We breathe and sweat the same way

Don’t know why this difference you notice

Scream loud I cannot tolerate no more

Yet deaf ears all around me

Flip my skin if you can I yearn

Photo by Ivan Bertolazzi on Pexels.com

Daily grind takes toll on me

Scared of life being tortured around

Treated like dirt you wash everyday

My heart pains for my society to include

I love them just like I love me and mine

Scream loud I am like you to realize

Yet deaf ears all around me as always

Flip my skin if you can I wish

Day will come you realize that now

We built this world together to enjoy

Entertained you at our best to forget your sorrows

Gave life and sweat for your wellbeing

Scream loud for your happiness

Ears will open hear us loud and clear

Flip my skin and you see me same as you

Scream loud I cannot breathe and you suffocate with me

You will hear my pain as I feel

The day of our future will be bright as black.

First kiss- A poem

Photo by Katie Salerno on Pexels.com

Moving through the city roads

Where there was no law to abide

We sat together at the back seat

Crowded among the people inside

No space to move a bit in comfort

Yet we enjoyed the ride of tightness

Motors rushed besides us in haste

Photo by Andrea Piacquadio on Pexels.com

We both didn’t pay attention to anyone

Looked around to see anyone looking

We stole a kiss for the first time

Lips touched for the first time

Felt like a soft petal on mine

Wanting more we both longed

Couldn’t snatch another one

Photo by Avonne Stalling on Pexels.com

Shyness creeped on her eyes

We longed for another day to come

We looked away for a bit

Trying to divert our thoughts

Yet the softness touched my heart

First kiss you never forget

Best moment in my life
